Lead Generators & Appointment Setters Wanted Growing Insurance Marketing Firm
Signature Marketing partners with commercial insurance agents nationwide to help them generate qualified leads and schedule appointments, supporting the growth of their business and policy portfolio.
Position Highlights:
Business-to-business calling only (no consumer sales)
Web-based CRM for managing accounts and tracking activity
VoIP phone system with call tracking and recording
Role Overview:
In this role, you will contact small businesses to gather key information about their commercial insurance coverage, including:
Renewal dates (General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto)
Current insurance provider
Basic business details (size, operations, etc.)
Your goal is to secure permission to follow up and offer a comparison quote prior to their renewal date. Leads are entered into our system and revisited approximately 90 days before renewal to schedule appointments for our agents.
This is not a sales roleyour focus is on lead generation and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to develop leads and set appointments
Maintain and manage accounts within the CRM system
Meet daily and weekly performance goals and quotas
If youre located outside the area, this role can be performed remotely, and work-from-home is preferred once training is complete.
Qualifications
Previous phone or call center experience preferred
Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Goal-oriented with a desire to earn and grow
Basic insurance knowledge is a plus
About the Position
Were looking for driven individuals who want to succeed and grow with our company. While we have an office in Lake Havasu, this position is primarily remote/work-from-home. We provide the phone system and all necessary tools to perform your job effectively.
Compensation:
W-2 Employees: Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses
1099 Contractors: Paid per qualified lead and scheduled appointment, with additional bonus opportunities
