We are an international operations company hiring a Remote Logistics Dispatcher & Appointment Coordinator to work US business hours from India. Role Summary: This is a high-pressure, real-time coordination role. You will manage appointment schedules for field sales technicians, supervise call center agents, monitor live call activity, and keep all systems updated with zero tolerance for errors. This is not a passive role we need someone who takes initiative and proactively drives execution without constant instruction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and confirm all scheduled appointments in real time. Send reminders to field technicians, follow up on non-responses, and ensure zero missed appointments during each shift. 2. Supervise call center agents and ensure each agent has 150-300 phone numbers to dial at all times. Submit an hourly call report to management via RingCentral, including calls made, talk time, and appointments set. 3. Monitor the RingCentral HUD live throughout the shift to track agent status (on call, idle, available). Address any idle agent immediately. 4. Use Gemini (AI tool) to review call recordings and verify that agents follow the correct script, confirm both homeowners are present, identify the decision-maker, and flag dropped or low-quality calls. 5. Respond to all incoming SMS messages within 2 minutes. Some communication may be in Spanish; AI translation tools (ChatGPT, Google Translate) will be used. Speed and accuracy are required regardless of language. 6. Update the CRM (GoHighLevel) after every appointment with status, notes, and customer interest level. Maintain a parallel Excel tracker in real time. 100% data accuracy is mandatory at all times. 7. Assign appointments geographically to minimize travel time between consecutive stops for each field technician (target: 5-6 minutes apart). 8. Maintain a personal agenda with reminders every 10-30 minutes to track all pending tasks. You are expected to build and manage your own workflow systems. Work Schedule (IST): Monday to Friday: 9:30 PM - 8:30 AM Saturday: 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM Compensation: Fixed: 9,700- 15,000 per month Bonuses on top of base: Assisted RO close: + 500 Assisted full system close: + 1,500 Direct SMS RO close: + 1,000 Direct SMS full system close: + 3,000 Strong performers regularly earn 18,000- 24,000 per month with bonuses.
