Kauai North Shore Animal Clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll help create a positive experience for pets and their families while supporting our busy veterinary team.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and schedule appointments
Greet clients and patients
Check patients in and out
Process payments
Maintain accurate records
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Help keep the front desk running smoothly and efficiently

Customer service, reception, veterinary, or medical office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
