We are a small, growing company in Tukwila, WA, looking to add a receptionist to our team who loves interacting with and helping people!
The position will average 32-38 hours per week.
Duties include (but are not limited to) the following:
Greet and welcome clients for appointments and walk-ins.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Maintain and update client records.
Scan/file (paperless system).
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the meeting rooms and reception area to provide a welcoming environment for every client.
The candidate we are looking for should be able to demonstrate:
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and team members in person, by phone, and in writing.
Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing multi-line phone systems, greeting guests, and directing inquiries appropriately.
Solid Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, filing, data entry, document handling, and basic office administration.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion and accuracy.
Comfort using common office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets); experience with CRM or scheduling tools is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or experience in office administration, finance, or insurance is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in an on-site, client-facing environment.
Prior experience in a financial services, insurance, or professional office setting is preferred but not required.
This is not a remote position and will require on-site work in an office setting.
