What You'll Do Greet all visitors, guests, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner Manage visitor check-in using security and badge management systems Issue, track, and audit visitor, contractor, and temporary badges Maintain accurate visitor logs using approved software systems Notify employees of guest arrivals promptly Monitor lobby appearance to ensure cleanliness and professionalism Coordinate with security, facilities, and internal teams as needed Handle incoming mail, packages, and internal mail distribution Take messages and route communication to appropriate departments Assist with scheduling lunch coverage and supporting office operations Support meetings, events, and peak visitor periods Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards at all times What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required Strong customer service, hospitality, or receptionist experience preferred Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint a plus) Ability to learn visitor management and badge systems (training provided) Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills Fluent English communication required What You'll Get Solid pay and reliable hours Health and dental insurance 401(k) option if you want it A chance to work with the best local businesses Say hello to your next office jobapply online today.
