Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the Support Services Department supporting three Directors and their staffs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant II

Location: Little Canada, MN

Pay Range: 24/hr on w2

What's the Job?

  • Provide comprehensive support to three Directors and their teams, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate large organizational events and town halls
  • Arrange travel logistics and process expense reports efficiently
  • Support administrative coverage alongside an existing team member to maintain consistent support

What's Needed?

  • 2-3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders preferred
  • Experience in a large corporate environment or medical device industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to adapt to shifting responsibilities
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
