The Brokerage is looking for a reliable, organized, and adaptable Personal / Office Assistant to support the Principal Broker in both business and day-to-day operations.

This is a hybrid role that combines office administration, real estate support, and personal assistant responsibilities. No two days will look exactly the same, and the ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety, solves problems quickly, and takes pride in being dependable.

Responsibilities Include:

* Assisting with real estate transaction coordination
* Dropping off and picking up lockboxes and listing materials
* Managing schedules, appointments, and office tasks
* Supporting both professional and occasional personal logistics for the Principal Broker
* Supporting client communication and organization
* Assisting with document preparation and digital filing
* General administrative support for the office and Principal Broker

Requirements:

* Strong computer competency is a must
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office required
* Willingness to learn systems such as DocuSign
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Reliable vehicle required
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Positive attitude and professional appearance

Work Environment:

This role works closely with a high-performing Principal Broker in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable receiving direct feedback, adapting quickly, and maintaining professionalism under pressure. This is not the right fit for someone who requires constant supervision or a highly structured corporate environment.

Compensation:

* Starting pay: $22/hour
* Mileage reimbursement provided for work-related driving
* Discretionary performance bonuses are available
* Initial 2-month training and review period
* Upon successful completion of the review period, candidate will either:
* Be brought on full-time with a pay increase to $25/hour, or
* Part ways if the role is not the right fit for either side
