The Glenburn School Department is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional individual to serve as the Administrative Assistant to the Business Office. This 24-Hours per week position provides confidential administrative support to the Business Office while managing payroll processing and related financial recordkeeping for the district.

The Ideal Candidate Qualifications Could Include:

  • Possess Strong Communication Skills
  • Excellent Attention to Details
  • Ability to Maintain Confidentiality
  • Prior Payroll Experience (Tyler Technologies - ERP Pro preferred)
  • Maine Department of Education Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)

Responsibilities May Include but are not Limited to:

  • Prepare reports, agendas, minutes, and district communications
  • Maintain confidential personnel and district records
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain payroll records and employee time records
  • Verify timesheets, deductions, and benefits information
