The Glenburn School Department is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional individual to serve as the Administrative Assistant to the Business Office. This 24-Hours per week position provides confidential administrative support to the Business Office while managing payroll processing and related financial recordkeeping for the district.
The Ideal Candidate Qualifications Could Include:
- Possess Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Attention to Details
- Ability to Maintain Confidentiality
- Prior Payroll Experience (Tyler Technologies - ERP Pro preferred)
- Maine Department of Education Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
Responsibilities May Include but are not Limited to:
- Prepare reports, agendas, minutes, and district communications
- Maintain confidential personnel and district records
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Maintain payroll records and employee time records
- Verify timesheets, deductions, and benefits information
