Inclusive Excellence Statement Advertised Job Summary Chancellors Office Coordinator (Operations Assistant II), Salary: $36,608 - $44,845 per year, USCA Chancellors Office The Chancellors Office Coordinator will manage the reception area for the Chancellors Office, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers; and provide administrative support for the office. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have basic proficiency with computers and standard office software (email, spreadsheets, and document management systems), with the ability to accurately enter and maintain records. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate information for invoices, purchases, RSVPs, and general office documentation. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, staff, and external guests. Must be able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced executive office environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Strong customer service, hospitality, or front desk skills. Minimum requirements: Typically holds a high school diploma or GED . Requires 1 or more years of job related experience. Preferred: Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred; or 1-3 years administrative support experience preferred.
