The Warranty Administrator completes claims and reviews/corrects/resubmits claims that have been rejected. You will maintain complete and accurate records for warranty claims and work effectively with other employees to resolve any problems with warranty repair orders. You will also schedule service work in the service drive, and work with customer needs relating to the service or repair of their vehicles. You will ensure each customer is treated as an individual, with care and respect. Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled Review all rejected warranty claims Work with Technicians and Service Advisors to obtain all pertinent information to ensure manufacturer requirements are met Correct and resubmit claims obtaining Management approval and necessary authorization Report to Manager any unpaid warranty claims that become an issue Requirements: Experience in a similar position, and knowledge of automotive parts and service. Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
