Your role as an Administrative Assistant:

  • Process incoming calls for our subsidiary companies, forwarding them to the appropriate team or individual in an accurate and courteous manner
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail (including FedEx)
  • Receive and accurately enter customer orders
  • Maintaining an inventory of office supplies
  • Other administrative duties as needed
