Responsibilities
Scan and upload paper documents into the company's system
Review and verify scanned files to ensure clarity, completeness, and proper formatting
Organize and maintain digital records for easy access and retrieval
Perform basic data entry to support document tracking and indexing
Follow established procedures to ensure consistency across all files and records
Qualifications
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
Comfortable using scanners and handling documents
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to work independently and stay on task
Pay
$18.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Flexible hours available; part-time days can be accommodated
