Description of Work We are seeking a Microsoft Cloud Developer who can work with internal divisions to design, develop and support business applications, and workflows using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, SharePoint, Forms and Dataverse. We have ongoing needs to onboard new solutions as well as maintain existing ones using all the components of Power Platform in the DST cloud tenancy. The depth and scope of this role provide a great opportunity for advancement for the person that demonstrates the right attitude and aptitude for learning. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Qualified applicants must possess, and application must clearly reflect work experience that demonstrates the following: Design, develop, and support enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Pages) and SharePoint Online on Azure cloud platforms Build and enhance custom business applications for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform using Canvas and Model-Driven app frameworks. Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected technical solutions while partnering directly with stakeholders to drive client-focused outcomes and process improvements. Manage solution lifecycle activities including environment administration, solution import/export, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments using Azure DevOps, Git, and Microsoft cloud technologies. Administer and modernize enterprise collaboration and application services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and integrated custom applications. Apply AI-driven technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, LLMs, RAG architecture, and agentic workflows to improve automation, user experience, and operational efficiency. Support and administer enterprise-wide SharePoint Online environments with a strong focus on SharePoint Lists, including large-scale list architecture, performance optimization, permissions management, governance, and data integrity best practices. Design, configure, and maintain complex SharePoint List solutions and integrations with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse) to support high-volume business operations, reporting, and workflow automation. Management Preference Advanced experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft and/or cloud-based solutions in production environments. Experience supporting and maintaining Power Platform solutions within a State and Local Government environment. Microsoft PL-900 and/or PL-400 certifications preferred.
