Receptionist (Temp-to-Hire)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established nonprofit organization in the Milwaukee area to identify a Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role offers the chance to get your foot in the door with a stable organization making a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed

  • Provide general administrative support to internal teams

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

  • Direct visitors and ensure they are connected with the appropriate departments

  • Assist with basic office coordination and day-to-day support tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment

  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset

Additional Details

  • Temp-to-hire opportunity (conversion potential based on performance)

  • Pay: ~$18/hour

  • Located near downtown Milwaukee
