What You’ll Do

As our Lead Receptionist, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Manage appointment scheduling and daily workflow
• Support, guide, and mentor reception team members
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Communicate effectively with doctors and technicians
• Assist with client education, estimates, and checkin/checkout
• Uphold a welcoming, professional environment for every client and pet
