A global provider of testing, inspection, and measurement solutions is seeking a Customer Support Administrator in Golden, CO to support service operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to play a key role in quotations, order processing, service scheduling, internal coordination, and day-to-day support for a technical service team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Customer Support Administrator position include:
Experience working in a customer-facing administrative, service coordination, or support role
Serve as a first point of contact for customers, assessing needs and supporting them through each project stage
Prepare and manage service visit quotations, service contracts, purchase orders, parts quotes, and order documentation
Coordinate service visit scheduling with field service managers and engineers
Manage customer account setup, case management, job number allocation, call handling, and help desk support
Collaborate with internal customer experience, service, inventory, invoicing, and operations teams to maintain smooth workflows
Experience with Microsoft software required; QuickBooks experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to escalate customer issues when needed
Salary : $23.00 - $34.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
