ResponsibilitiesThe Executive Assistant, CEO provides high level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team. This role is responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating in-person meetings and events, and serving as a front-facing representative of the organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Nashville headquarters, supporting leadership interactions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Mange complex, high volume calendars for executive leaders while prioritizing competing demands
- Coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and board interactions
- Serve as primary onsite administrative support for executive leadership in Nashville
- Coordinate and support in person meetings and events
- Act as front desk reception for visitors and internal stakeholders
- Plan and execute onsite meetings including logistics, catering, and space coordination
- Ensure seamless execution of executive and leadership events
- Employees will be required to perform other job-related assignments as requested

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of executive level support experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Sound judgement in prioritization and decision making
- Proficient with computers and working with MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Associate’s degree in business or a related field
- 8+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives
