Three Rivers School District is hiring for the following administrative position for the 2026/27 school year:

Curriculum/Student Services Administrator - District Wide

Permanent

1.0 FTE

$108,626 - $129,120

220 Day Calendar

Oregon Administrator license issued by TSPC required.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Curriculum/Student Services Administrator provides direct support to both the Curriculum and Student Services Directors, District Leadership Team and the Superintendent. This position is responsible for providing elementary administrative support to buildings. The administrator will be available to support building level IEP and 504 needs and will provide overall building support based on the principal's needs. The administrator must be flexible and able to aid in decision making and will support both staff and students. This position will also be responsible for supporting middle school literacy and interventions, including analysis of overall academic data and implementation of interventions. The administrator will train staff in literacy interventions and help buildings achieve overall student success goals. This position will help support a positive school climate and culture that accepts and welcomes ALL students, staff and community members. Decision making should be collaborative and employ an equity lens. The Curriculum/Student Services Administrator must be familiar with state and federal law, district policies, collective bargaining agreements, and be able to use independent judgment and decision-making in matters not having established rules, regulations or policies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A valid State of Oregon Administrative License, appropriate for the position, issued by TSPC.

A Master's degree with preferred emphasis in education.

Previous, successful experience in K-12 Public Education.

Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

The ability to effectively work, support and communicate with students, parents and school personnel from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Ability to work harmoniously with others.

Proficient oral and written communication skills.

Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based application systems.

Ability to learn new automated systems as they are brought online by the District.

Ability and experience working and leading Professional Learning Communities (PLC).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cultivate and model a respectful working and learning environment.

Annually pass the District's required online training, CPR/First Aid, and other training provided by the District.

Maintain current licenses and certifications required for the position.

Follow and maintain knowledge of all applicable District policies and procedures; follow and maintain knowledge of all current state and federal laws or administrative rules pertaining to public education.

Build relationships.

Lead and promote educational equity based on the principle that each student receives what is required for them to achieve success with regard to allocation of resources, opportunity, treatment and access.

Develop and implement an annual school improvement plan and equity plan that supports the values and strategic goals of the District.

Lead the staff in developing and adapting courses of study and school programs to achieve the goals of the district, school, and state curriculum requirements.

Lead teacher participation in discussions and deliberations regarding instruction, staff development, budget and other programs.

Lead constructive and professionally sound instructional research by teachers in the use of new methods, materials and content.

Provide guidance and support.

Follow all district and applicable laws in regards to hiring.

Maintain open and effective lines of communication with students, parents, staff and community members.

Take appropriate actions to ensure student/staff safety and to protect citizens and their property.

Prepare and submit the budgetary requests and monitor expenditures of funds.

Lead the recruiting, screening, training, assigning and evaluation of all school personnel under their supervision. This shall include recommendation as to initial employment as well as continued employment or dismissal.

Provide for the development of new staff as well as evaluation of all staff.

Demonstrate effective conflict resolution skills.

Participates in district provided professional development.

May be asked to serve on district committees.

Attends work regularly and is punctual.

Organizes and attends staff meetings.

Curriculum/Student Services Administrator: The Curriculum/Student Services Administrator must have knowledge of basic special education and 504 law, be able to perform the duties of district representative in IEP and 504 meetings, and assist in developing 504's. This position will support elementary administrators, primarily, in larger elementary schools with duties such as attending IEP and 504 meetings, assisting with observations and evaluation of staff, assisting in supporting principals with staff, student and parent needs. At the middle school level, the administrator will coordinate literacy interventions. They will meet with staff to analyze student data, make recommendations for needed interventions, train staff to implement the programs, and determine if the interventions are effective. The administrator will meet weekly with the Director of K-8 Curriculum and other department staff to align efforts and professional development opportunities. This position will also support curriculum implementation when needed.
