What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls (approx. 80% of role) Route and resolve inquiries efficiently, maintaining a professional and positive customer experience Perform basic order entry and updates during lower call volume periods (approx. 20%) Enter and manage data using Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft 365, and reporting tools Support the team during a system migration and digital transformation initiative Compile and maintain reports using Excel and other Microsoft tools Follow established processes while adapting to new systems and workflows Escalate complex issues appropriately to leadership or Tier 2 support Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail across tasks What Success Looks Like Confidently managing a high volume of customer calls from day one Providing stable, high-quality support during a critical system go-live Helping reduce workload strain for core team members Quickly learning new systems and contributing to a smooth transition What You Bring Required: 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience Strong phone presence and comfort handling high call volume Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred: Experience in order management, order entry, or customer operations Exposure to ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics, etc.) Experience supporting system transitions or implementations Work Environment Onsite, team-based environment in Newberg, OR Fast-paced, high velocity setting with strong collaboration Increased activity during system go-liveideal for those who enjoy dynamic work Supported by leadership and a dedicated mentor throughout onboarding Ideal Candidate Profile Thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment Customer-focused with strong communication skills Detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking across systems Eager to learn and grow in operations and systems If you're looking for a role where you can expand your skills, gain valuable system experience, and contribute to a major transformation , we'd love to connect with you.
