Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or G.E.D. Successful experience in financial or billing records preferred.
REPORTS TO: Human Resource Director
JOB GOAL: Perform routine clerical duties in the maintenance of assigned records at a District office.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Salary and terms of employment according to approved
salary schedules.
EVALUATION: Performance will be evaluated in accordance with
provisions of the district evaluation plan.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer telephone; check in guests and assist in notifying employee of guest; take and relay messages or transfer calls to appropriate personnel; provide routine information.
Learn and apply District procedures and policies.
Assemble, match, sort, tabulate, check and input a variety of data.
Operate standard office equipment including a computer and copy machine.
Assemble statistical data for various reports from clearly indicated sources.
Maintain various records, reports, documents and files as directed; distribute reports as assigned.
Performs a variety of clerical work as assigned including preparing bulk and certified mail.
Maintains personnel directory
Contacts police, security, fire and medical personnel or procedures required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary:$11.60 Per Hour
