Job Purpose The Receptionist maintains the reception desk provides outstanding customer service and coordinates company events Additionally this role will provide backup support for the Sales Coordinator at their respective branch location Responsibilities Quickly take all incoming calls and route to the appropriate destinationGreet incoming customers and visitorsManage and process incoming and outgoing mail for internal and external customersProvide outstanding high quality professional customer service to both our internal and external customersOrder and maintain office supplies based on office inventoryPlan and arrange catering for customer demos office meetings and ad hoc departmental requestsAssist in the training of any team members or assigned replacements in anticipated absenceContinually look for opportunities to improve processes and identify ways to increase efficiency and minimize ordering costsProvide backup support for Sales Coordinators including assistance with sales daily reporting assembling RFPs pulling customer trending reports and preparing various sales materials for proposals as neededSupport data entry as well as labeling stuffing mailings for Account Executives as neededMiscellaneous job duties as assignedRequirements High school diploma or equivalentExcellent organizational skillsExcellent customer service skillsGood written and oral communication skillsAbility to multi taskProficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and OutlookAbility to lift up to 25 poundsWorking Conditions Work is normally performed in a typical interioroffice work environmentNo or very limited exposure to physical risk
