Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsible for the day-to-operations and strategy implementation in the CRM system in Enrollment Management. This includes creation of communication strategies and content, reporting, training, and management of the system. This position will also work closely with Kettering College IS/IT and Student Services to ensure that processes are effective and efficient or need to be adjusted or created. This position will work in the Office of Admissions.

Job Requirements: Baccalaureate degree required, masters degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Administration 1. Previous Admission or IS/IT experience preferred.2. Experience in Seventh-day Adventist educational system preferred.3. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Job Responsibilities: A. Leads the usage and operations of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareB. Responsible for updating software, processing, and communication templatesC. Develops and implements effective communication strategies within the CRMD. Performs managerial tasks such as updating software, manage processing, and run reportsE. Manage the communication flow in the CRMF. Serve on the KC Technology CommitteeG. Knowledgeable in student information systems (SIS) and other higher education software and systemsH. Work with IS/IT on institutional programming and reporting Overview
