Must-Have 1. Experience in Desktop management 2. Server, Network and Mobile Device management 3. Troubleshooting skills on Laptop/Desktop/Mobile Device Management Softwares 4. Printer and Network Troubleshooting 5. Experience supporting Win 10, Office 365 applications
Good-to-Have 1. Communication skills 2. Powershell or any scripting knowledge 3. Knowledge on application packaging or image management using MDT 4. Rigor to work for customer satisfaction and end user experience 5. Team skills 6. Eagerness to research and explore new equipment, hardware and software technology

Base Salary Range : $70,000 to $80,000 Per Annum
