Adecco is recruiting an Executive Assistant on a part-time basis for a client located in Newton, KS. This position will work in a medical environment, starts immediately and is a temporary position lasting roughly 90 days.

Work Schedule: 3 days per week

Hourly Pay: $25 to $35 DOE

Overview:

The selected candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/President.

Key responsibilities include calendar management, handling confidential information, acting as a liaison to the board, and assisting with presentations.

Requirements:

5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level leaders

Microsoft Office proficiency with specific use of Word and PowerPoint

Excellentanizational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbalmunication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters and information

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
