Pay is commensurate with experience beginning at $26.44 per hour. Full time, non-exempt, benefits eligible. The Executive Assistant for Crisis Services provides high-level administrative support to the Senior Director of Crisis Services, as well as the TRC Medical and Clinical Directors. This role helps ensure the efficient functioning of Crisis Services leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting leadership activities connected to the TRC.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Director of Crisis Services, TRC Medical Director, and TRC Clinical Director.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and capture key takeaways or follow-up items as appropriate.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between Crisis Services leadership and internal and external partners.
  • Maintain organized systems for files, records, and confidential information.
  • Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure alignment and seamless support across leadership.
  • Participate in required agency trainings and initiatives to support a culture of inclusion, diversity, equity, and belonging.
  • Support CCBHC-related initiatives and processes, contributing to expanded access to behavioral health services.

Qualifications include but not limited to:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two years' experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention and behavioral health services is a plus.
