Sommaire du poste Ladjointe de direction fournit un soutien administratif strategique a la direction et coordonne les activites du bureau de Montreal. La personne titulaire joue un role cle dans la gestion des priorites, des calendriers, des communications et du suivi des dossiers, en collaboration avec des parties prenantes internes et externes, incluant des representants gouvernementaux.
Principales responsabilites
  • Gerer de facon proactive les calendriers et prioriser les demandes
  • Planifier et coordonner reunions, evenements et deplacements
  • Preparer les documents et seances dinformation pour la direction
  • Assurer le suivi des livrables, des echeanciers et des projets
  • Gerer les communications et les courriels au besoin
  • Appuyer la planification budgetaire, le suivi des depenses et le traitement des factures
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
  • Contribuer a lamelioration continue des processus administratifs
  • Offrir un soutien administratif a lequipe et encadrer du personnel au besoin
Profil recherche
  • Baccalaureat ou experience equivalente
  • Minimum de 10 ans dexperience aupres de cadres superieurs
  • Maitrise de Microsoft Office et excellente organisation
  • Jugement, discretion et capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites
  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et sens du service
  • Autonomie, flexibilite et esprit dinitiative
  • Bilinguisme (francais et anglais)
  • Experience dans les secteurs public/prive et perspective autochtone : atouts
************************************************************************************************************************************************ Executive Assistant Indigenous
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Leader and coordinates act ivities for the Montreal office. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive communications
  • Prepare briefings and ensure Executives are informed of priorities and commitments
  • Coordinate projects, track deliverables, and support key initiatives
  • Organize travel, events, and logistics
  • Manage expenses, budgets, and invoice processing in line with guidelines
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide backup support and mentor administrative staff as needed
  • Liaise with IT and support office coordination
Qualifications
  • 10+ years supporting senior executives
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Bilingual (French and English) required
