The Executive Assistant provides high-quality administrative and coordination support to multiple Vice Presidents, enabling leaders and teams to

operate

efficiently. This role

works

as part of an Executive Assistant team to ensure consistent, well-coordinated support.

This role delivers day-to-day administrative and logistical support to senior leaders, with a focus on execution, coordination, and follow-through. Work is performed with guidance from the leaders supported and in alignment with established Genie and Terex processes.

What you'll bring

Provide administrative support to 1-3 Vice Presidents

Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings

Arrange internal and external meetings and meetinglogistics

Prepare and distribute meeting materials and track follow-ups

Draft, edit, and format routine correspondence and documents

Coordinate domestic and international travel

Process expense reports accurately and in compliance with policy

Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external partners

Coordinate with other Executive Assistants to ensure coverage and continuity

Handle confidential information with care and professionalism

What you'll do

Associate's degree

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting senior leaders

Experience managing calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses

Proficiencywith Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Ability to work at least 3 days per week in office

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Experience supporting leaders in a global or matrixed organization

Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise systems

Experience supporting leadership meetings or events

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $

38.94 - $47.60

per hour
