Primary Duties Performed
- Enters and checks information in the CRT/computer.
- May issue stock items and office supplies.
- Maintains filing system to ensure accurate and complete department records.
- May type file or inventory cards.
- Orders supplies and maintains inventory.
- Screens phone calls, answering questions or forwarding to appropriate personnel.
- Uses typewriter, telephone, CRT/PC, copier, calculator.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and over three (3) months of relevant full-time general clerical experience.
