In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and possesses strong communication and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff or department

Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and faxing documents

Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail for delivery

Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed

Assist with data entry and record-keeping, including updating databases and spreadsheets

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as requested

Support the coordination of office events such as meetings, luncheons, and training sessions

Provide administrative support to staff, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in aconstruction-related environmentis a plus

Bilingualcandidates are preferred

Willingness totravel as needed

Qualifications Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous office or administrative experience preferred, but not required

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
