Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compile and total all account activity and prepare accurate account invoices for Dedicated, Bulk and Backhaul customers and send invoices to customers after review and approval by the Account Coordinator.
Compile accurate Customer specific reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), EDI transmissions etc.
Enter and review payroll, when required, for any assigned accounts.
Work with Dedicated Managers/Coordinators/Supervisors/Account Clerks to secure missing or incomplete information.
Assist in resolving Past Due invoices with accounts.
Provide feedback to Coordinators and Manager identifying problems and areas of improvement.
Assist Account Coordinators as needed/requested and work with Account Clerks to ensure entry of all trips sheets.
Review daily activities in AXLE for accuracy.
Maintain Dedicated Administrative files, Scan Dedicated Customer files and file hard copies.
Provide administrative support for Dedicated Services Group.
Complete special projects as assigned by Manager/Coordinators.

Experience / Skill Requirements:
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail Oriented and able to set and meet deadlines and efficiently manage time
General transportation knowledge a plus
College course work in Business, Accounting, Finance or Logistics a plus
Experience in physical transport operations a plus
Working knowledge of basic office machines, copier, scanner, etc.
Good computer skills including experience working with:
MS Word MS Excel MS Dynamics AX
MS Outlook Adobe
A strong desire for team success required.
