RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage CEOs calendar, travel, and meeting logistics
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate across departments, vendors, and international partners
Track action items and follow-ups across multiple business units
Serve as a liaison and communication hub for internal and external stakeholders
Assist in research, event preparation, and high-priority projects
Qualifications
Strong communication skills - Effective English oral and written communication required
Must be able to develop strong relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work alone, without direction, and with minimal supervision
Candidate must be highly organized and proactive
Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Maintain accuracy of records
Able to use technology to for organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as they are introduced
Must be able to able to adhere to strict confidentiality agreement
