Coding Operations Lead
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award

Position Summary

The Team Lead provides operational oversight of coding personnel and ensures compliance with SOW requirements, performance standards, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and balance workload across coding staff.
• Conduct coding calibration sessions.
• Review complex or ambiguous records.
• Monitor productivity and timeliness metrics.
• Coordinate with QA Lead on performance trends.
• Support staffing continuity and surge activation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in occupational coding or data processing.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NAICS/SOC classification frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $18.27 - $20.00 per hour
