Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
• Utilize computer applications to input and manage data
• Maintain files and records in an organized manner
• Take meeting minutes and distribute accordingly
• Assist with travel arrangements and switchboard operation

Required Skills:

• GED or equivalent
• Proficiency in office procedures and keyboarding
• Experience with sorting, patient registration, and insurance claims
• Ability to handle ordering supplies, grammar, and requisitions
• Knowledge of reconciliations, word processing, and short-term disability

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with faxing, purchase orders, and switchboard operation

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $40,100.00
• Maximum Salary: $53,290.00
