Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars and schedule appointments
• Perform general office duties
• Handle business correspondence
• Provide customer support through inbound and outbound calling
• Assist with merchandising and housekeeping tasks

Required Skills:

• GED or High School Diploma
• Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to handle general office duties
• Excellent communication skills for business correspondence

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in reimbursement processes
• Decision-making skills
• Background in military, retail, or events management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and data entry
• Knowledge of filing and documentation procedures

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $70,850.00
• Maximum Salary: $99,590.00
