Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for assignment in Marysville, Ohio. The selected candidate will be responsible for digitizing, maintaining and retrieving company records as required.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
** This position has a pay rate of $23.50/hr **
** This position requires advanced Excel spreadsheet formula experience **
Responsibilities
- Assist with digitizing, retrieving and storing department records
- Assist with physical records management by ensuring inventory accuracy, analyzing large datasets and supporting the disposal process of records eligible for destruction
- Analyzing large datasets, creating detailed reports and providing actionable insights to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets; including advanced formulas, pivot tables and macros
- Provide support / guidance for delivery and pick-up of records with current vendors
- Ensuring chain of custody is followed and maintaining the confidentiality of records (as well as updating the location of records in the system)
- Provide support prepping and quality checking records as required
- Verifying and documenting records stored by following established cataloging system
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years experience in data analysis, data processing and advanced Excel spreadsheet formula experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; specifically Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Knowledge of records software systems, scanners, filing, storage and disposal procedures
- PowerBI experience is highly preferred
