Administrative Assistant provides complex administrative and fiscal support for the Moritz College of Law; serves as the manager liaison for a group of faculty members and/or staff; generates reports, spreadsheets and presentations; arranges and ensures compliance with purchasing, travel, reimbursements, payments, personnel requests, and other related transactions; monitors, investigates, and resolves fiscal/transactional issues for assigned group; consults with fiscal and HR team as needed; supports operational needs of the college including building management, supporting events, arranging logistics, preparing and distributing event materials and assisting with asset management; provides backup support for other administrative staff when needed. This position serves as part of a team to support college business operations and must be team and customer service-oriented.
Additional Information:Qualifications: High School diploma or GED with 2 years of administrative experience is required.
Desired Qualifications: A bachelors degree is desired. Prior experience in office/business management, Workday, Carmen, Microsoft Office and knowledge of University policies and procedures desired
The hiring range is $21.35-$27.88 per hour. The actual rate will fall within this range based on the candidates qualifications, internal equity and the units available budget.
