Job Description Team1Medical is teaming up with an accredited Family Medicine/Osteopathic Medicine clinic in seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their Conroe team ! As the Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting the patients as they check-in/out, arranging schedules, and verifying insurance information. • Greet patients as they arrive to facility and provide them with appropriate information .
• Assist patients in completing all necessary forms and documentation .
• Update patients information in EMR system and all related records .
• Keep patient appointment on schedule by notifying provider of patients arrival .
• Answer telephone, route calls when appropriate, and answer inquires .

Qualifications and Requirements:

• One (1) year of experience as a Medical Rece ptionist in a physicians office or clinic.
• Must have completed a High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a preference.
