As a Medical Receptionist at Hope Speaks PLLC, you'll be in charge of providing top-notch customer service to our clients while helping out with various administrative tasks. From handling phone calls and booking appointments to keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our facility running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Assisting clients with check-in and check-out
• Posting charges and payments. Must balance daily.
• Providing excellent customer service to all clients

Requirements:

• 3 + years of experience as a Medical Receptionist
• Psychiatry is a plus, but not mandatory

Pay is based on experience. 401k is available after 2 years of employment.

Scheduled hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm CST. No weekends.
