Our client is seeking a professional, dependable, and polished Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional administrative support to attorneys and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming calls; take messages as needed

  • Manage the front desk area and maintain a neat, organized reception space

  • Schedule appointments and maintain conference room calendars

  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and legal documents

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
