This person must be able to multi-task and comfortable with high volume phone and visitor traffic and must have a pleasant disposition and work well with others. This position also handles clerical duties of the accounts receivable department including, but not limited to, managing the Accounts Receivable general email mailbox, obtaining customer credit references, preparing customer data for Accounts Receivable Manager including credit lines, sales, and payment history.ResponsibilitiesGreet clients, vendors and visiting staff at the front deskAnswer phone calls and route calls to appropriate staffReceiving office deliveries, signing for the company as necessaryDistributing incoming mail to appropriate departmentsPrinting and mailing of invoices on a daily basis.Manages Accounts Receivable general email mailboxObtains customer credits referencesPrepares Customer Data including credit lines, sales, and payment historyAssist/backup other administrative team members as neededOther duties as assigned by management.Skills and Abilities:Courteous and friendlyStrong customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Word and ExcelExcellent data entry skillsEffective oral and written communication; excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to handle workload effectively; maintain close attention to detail and prioritize workload appropriatelyAbility to manage multiple tasks and changing prioritiesExcellent organizational skillsThe ability to collaborate with a multi-department teamEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disability.For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
