Receptionist/BDC Representative

Klick Lewis Chevrolet is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist/BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys interacting with people, and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer dealership incoming calls and greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner

• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member

• Notify team members of walk-in guests and introduce customers to sales staff as needed

• Schedule and confirm sales appointments and follow-up calls

• Maintain customer records and assist with inbound/outbound BDC communications

• Work cooperatively with sales and internal departments to support dealership operations

• Maintain a professional front-desk area and provide light administrative support

• Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor

• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and fast-paced work environment

• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Willingness to learn and grow with the dealership
