This LBMC Receptionist role is a great opportunity for detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable candidates who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service to clients, vendors, guests, and employees. Here at LBMC no two days are ever the same, so we are searching for candidates with a positive 'go-getter' attitude that are eager to join the Administrative Team for the largest professional services firm based in TN! This role is critical to LBMC as a client-focused professional services organization, and this LBMC Receptionist will have constant contact with LBMC clients, so new hires must have a positive attitude and willingness to assist with all ad-hoc requests.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Serve as LBMC's first point of contact for clients, vendors, visitors, and employees, greeting all parties in a professional and friendly manner and assisting with all questions and requests
- Manage a multi-line phone system to direct calls and requests to appropriate parties. Answers, places, and forwards telephone calls quickly and efficiently. Always maintains an updated employee phone list.
- Maintains neatness of reception area and assists visitors with the check-in process
- Assists in booking conference rooms and maintaining interview/meeting supplies
- Orders catering for meetings as requested by employees and service line leaders
- Assists with faxes, scanning, and mailings as needed
- Handles all incoming and outgoing Federal Express, UPS and courier deliveries and reconciles monthly bills for FedEx account and additional courier accounts.
- Assists with all ad-hoc requests from LBMC employees including nametag ordering, package deliveries, building access requests, etc.
- Adheres to LBMC's defined processes and procedures including the firm's policy on privacy and client confidentiality.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 3+ years of receptionist experience is required
- Good personal hygiene and professional presentation
- Customer-first attitude and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and high proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work overtime hours, including Saturdays, are required from February to April
