Quality Assurance Office Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help lead our team in providing the highest level of quality care for our patients. Our team is exceptional, and in our ever-so expansion of practice, and improvement in quality care, we are proudly seeking a like-minded individual to facilitate our growth. 


Our cutting-edge modern offices are located in Hackensack, Ridgewood, Westwood, and Franklin Lakes. The purpose of the Quality Assurance Manager is primarily involved in patient focused customer care and will be working closely with our practice administrator to ensure our practice policies and processes are accurately met on a daily basis. 


Essential Job Elements:

  • Meet regularly with doctors and administrator on areas to improve with specific focus on patient care/ customer service as well as demonstrating the ability to problem solve 
  • Facilitate and manage exceptional customer service to our referral basis 
  • Work with practice administrator to facilitate overall patient flow within the practice to achieve maximum efficiency with emphasis on patient experience
  • Work with practice marketing team to ensure a localized marketing plan is executed on a consistent basis in line with the practice’s vision
  • Manage quality measures for practice website and review processes
  • Ensure that the practice’s goals and expectations are met with each patient
  • Oversee staff and doctor relationships to facilitate a positive and encouraging atmosphere amongst overall team rapport
  • Manage and resolved escalated patient complaints 
  • Enforce compliance with all company policies and pertinent laws and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, Dental Board, Employee Policy, Basic Labor laws, etc…)
  • Other duties as assigned


Desired Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in dental/ oral surgery 
  • Strong understanding of both front and back office duties
  • Proven leadership skills with an affinity for developing others
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Can do attitude with problem solving skills
  • Upbeat personality 
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead by example and be a team player overall
