Job Description

Our Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR) role is to facilitate a unique client experience by making the client feel noticed and welcomed by identifying their spoken and unspoken needs and being the liaison to help facilitate the client and pet’s transition through the practice in a smooth and efficient manner; by offering direction and supporting the other positions in the practice all while maintaining a positive and happy attitude.  Being the front face of the practice may be the hardest job in the practice, but it can be the most rewarding. 

Daily duties include but are not limited to

  • Hospitality, genuine liking for people and a love of animals
  • Effectively communicate to clients, staff, and veterinarians
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system
  • Computer savviness to learn the practice management software
  • Data entry and fast typing skills
  • Familiar with Medical Records and Schedule management
  • Veterinary Knowledge

The successful candidate will need to be positive and up-beat, be able to multi-task efficiently, with natural grace to handle various waiting room situations, and have previous veterinary knowledge  so he or she can begin to address the client’s needs during the first interaction.

This is a Full-time position ​and salary is competitive $14-$17 depending on experience.
