40 year Specialty Contractor is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
Handle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping
Provide support to management and staff as needed

Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative support and bookkeeping
Proficient in Sage and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
