OverviewAs a Concierge Service Team Member, you will serve as the first point of contact for walk-in visitors and employees, delivering exceptional service and support. In this role, you will handle inquiries, coordinate services, and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Success in this position requires outstanding communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
How you'll make an impact- Warmly greet visitors and employees, creating a positive and professional first impression of the organization.
- Manage visitor logs and issue access passes as required.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about services, facilities, and organizational processes.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, reservations, or meetings as needed.
- Monitor and follow up on service requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance client experiences.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
About You
- High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience for visitors and callers.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic administrative tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
