ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office - Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
QualificationsComputer literacy is essential for this role - Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role - Customer service-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to type accurately and multitask
