Core Duties:

  • Be punctual, dependable, and professional at all times
  • Work with cost effectiveness, profitability, and safety in mind
  • Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately.
  • Answer all calls in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
  • Record and handle all incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries/packages
  • Respond to public inquiries
  • Provide Word, Excel, and administrative support to team members
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and special events
  • Responsible for maintaining and reconciling petty cash
  • Responsible for daily cleaning and general maintenance of the front office area
  • Assist with other projects as needed
  • Communicate time away from work with your team leader and other team members with sufficient notice
  • Willingness to work hours as required
  • Responsible for handling SCI apparel sales and inventory

Education/Training/Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Receptionist Certificate
  • Microsoft Office certifications (Excel/Word)
  • Notary or willingness to obtain
  • Engage in at least 1 seminar/education program relevant to office related improvements annually
