Receptionist in Finance Office

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Our company focuses on investments, real estate, life insurance, long term care, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning.

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and make drinks for them
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Running errands as needed

Experience
- No experience, no problem. We are willing to train.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must come to work on time everyday
- Must dress business attire every day

Clients: 90% Vietnamese. If you speak Vietnamese, this is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time 40 hours/week
