Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking are part-time front desk receptionist during peak hours of business. These will be set hours of 9:00 am – 3:00 pm M-F with a 30-minute lunch. The Front Desk will be responsible for answering phones, greeting clients and guests upon arrival and escorting them to the appropriate staff member, all while providing a personalized experience. This position will also support the organization through order maintenance and additional administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to establish and maintain relations with all personnel to include visitors, customers and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, greet and escort guests as needed
- Administrative and clerical duties assigned
- Process sales orders for repair units
- Order supplies as needed
- Collect and distribute mail
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Friendly and professional demeanor presence
- Basic soft office skills
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual is a PLUS
